GET REDLIGHT THERAPY IN YOUR HOME

AND OFFICE.

instead of blue lit televisions and flourescent lighting redlight helps balance circadian rhythms

TRAIN YOUR GAIT CYCLE REGULARLY.

Incorporating myofascial sling training (movement designed for humans) to your workout will help cleanse fascia and hydrate your tissues resulting cleaner, more efficent movement with less pain from restrictions in mobility

5.

GET OUTSIDE.

Spending time where you can be where nature intended; outdoors (especially barefoot) at the beach, park, or even your own backyard has proven to result in better health and mood.

6.

EAT WHOLESOME FOODS.

A well rounded diet consisting of organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised meats, veggies and healthy fats will help detox the body.

7.

AVOID AMBIGUOUS EXERCISE THAT DOESN'T RESPECT HUMAN BIOLOGY.

If it doesn't integrate the entire body, the training probably isn't going to result in changing the entire body.  Avoid isolation and embrace integration.

8.

INTERMITTENT FASTING.

Your body heals ITSELF and replenishes its quality and quantity of mitochondria during your fasts.  When we spend less time eating we manage to spend more time healing.  Check with your doctor before anything else.

9

VIDEO YOUR MOVEMENT.

When you cannot see how you're moving how do you expect to improve your problems?

10

DITCH THE ALCOHOL.

Although it's not a popular one, this tip will save you lots of discomfort and disease this season.  Dehydrating your fascia and decreasing your body's elasticity is a sure-fire way to suffer from pain.
