8-:930am guided instructional sessions with follow-along 15 min demo session
a 15 minute break for restroom, snacks, socializing, and questions
10:45-11:30 Specific breathing techniques, correctional posture training and dynamic strength training exercises to retension the body back into balance from the obscure and often precarious demands of massage therapy and other bodywork methods
