Join us in the luscious grassy greens of the Boise Whitewater Park by the greenbelt just outside of Garden City. We will be HITTING it up in the large open grassy area adjacent the rapids and covered park benches.

Power through 30 minutes of high intensity, low impact, interval training every hour on the hour from 2pm until our last workout at 6PM at the white water park in Boise, ID - stick around after your workout for snacks, drinks, and special training offers
RSVP for attendanace to keep the event COVID approved by regulating attendance to less than 10 people per workout
