2 visits per week 60 min each with monthly check-in's to guide you through the transitions. This program is offered to anyone interested in changing the quality of their lives for the better. Many clients choose this program to prepare for their big event. A wedding, performance, vacation, debut, are a few things you'll want to look and feel your best for. For 6 months we will work together to help your body become more pain free, competent, mobile and strong for various activities. Whether you have tried time and time again and haven't succeeded to the extent that you feel like you deserve or you're wanting to nail it the first time, this program, when applied correctly, will leave you feeling like a whole new person for the rest of your life.
